Who We Are
Sara and Jasmine are the co-founders of The Growth Room, bringing together over three decades of expertise in leadership coaching and Human Resources.
Sara is a leadership coach and former Fulbright Scholar with 13 years of experience supporting women and changemakers across education, nonprofits, and tech. She’s led coaching and DEI programs at national organizations, blending strategic insight with practices like breathwork, reflection, and energy healing to guide clients toward clarity, confidence, and purposeful action.
Jasmine is People Operations leader and leadership coach with 20 years of experience driving organizational growth and transformation across industries including oil & gas, entertainment, tech, and CPG. An expert in DEIB strategy, global HR operations, and benefits design, Jasmine is known for building robust infrastructures that fuel both business success and human potential. As an empathetic and visionary leader, she inspires individuals and teams to move beyond the status quo and unlock their next level through the mind-body connection.
The Growth Room started within the halls of non-profit organizations within Los Angeles, providing free workshops and resources to marginalized and underserved communities. The Growth Room continues this work as an operational pillar of the business.
Together, Sara and Jasmine help individuals and organizations grow with intention, connection, and transformative leadership.
